Warwick Chemicals MD Steve Williams becomes Global Business Director Home Care

Steve Williams, Managing Director of Warwick Chemicals, has been appointed as Global Business Director Home Care – with responsibility for all Lubrizol Home Care sales alongside his Warwick Chemicals position. Steve’s new combined role enhances the bonds between Warwick and Lubrizol, who completed the acquisition of Warwick in late 2014. Warwick’s world leading TAED products are the perfect complement for the Lubrizol Home Care portfolio, which also includes well-established Dish and Surface Care ranges, based around their polymer products.

As Global Business Director Home Care, Steve will be responsible for building the Home Care brand and extending its reach worldwide. He’ll be equipped with a world class range of products and technologies, supported by outstanding research and development facilities dedicated to answering the needs of customers large and small in established and emerging markets around the world.

Warwick is the largest addition to the Lubrizol Home Care division, and the Mostyn HQ has already become their Global Fabric Care Centre of Excellence – a move which has seen new jobs created to provide additional technical support. Outstanding support is just one of the benefits customers will see from the establishment of a market-leading global Home Care facility. Warwick’s expertise in the manufacture and supply of bleach activators for the detergent and biocides industries is the perfect ‘fit’ for the fabric, dish and surface care sector, with an extended range of cleansing and care technologies enhancing the overall Home Care offering to multinationals and local companies worldwide.

Steve works with the network of Lubrizol offices covering the USA, the Far East, Latin America – and now the new office in Turkey – as he oversees the development of the Home Care business, and he is excited by the potential for growth.
